Je vous résume en quelques mots le message ci-dessous:

Il semblerait qu'il y ait2 célébrations pour les 50 ans de la Giulia

1. organisée par le RIAR le week-end du 20 mai vers Assises et sur le circuit de Magione en Toscane (cela fait 2 fois dans l'année et très loin)

2. organisée par le Registre Giulia et d'autres clubs et avec le concours du centre historique Alfa Romeo le dimanche 24 juin. Je vais plutôt vous décrire ce dernier.

Il semblerait que le RIAR prenne en charge l'organisation pour le samedi 23 à Cremona, environ 80 Km sud-est de Milan, il est aussi question de Monza. Ensuite le dimanche sur le circuit de Balocco entre Milan et Turin. Je suis allé quelques fois sur le site de Balocco, c'est vraiment super sympa... Dans le message, les participants à la conférence pour l'événement auraient demandé si le musée serait ouvert, si c'est le cas, il faut s'empresser d'y aller/retourner, on ne sait pas ce qu'il va se passer...

Je vais me tenir au courant et vous informer

Dear Friends,

this morning we had our meeting for next Giulia 50 years celebrations.

At 10.15 AM, after welcome a brief Alfa Romeo Automobilismo Storico introduction, we started discuss and share ideas and proposal about points below, just considered as follows:

- Main event will be on Sunday 24th June in Balocco and will be open to all 105 and 115 Alfa Romeo cars.

- Saturday 23rd June: RIAR invited to celebrate his 50th anniversary in Cremona and Registro Giulia, CMAE, Alfa Blue Team and Alfa Romeo Club Milano, with Equipe event agency invited for a "day before Giulia 50th" in Monza and Milan.

- RIAR organize also a celebration for Giulia Berlina only during the 20th May week end in Assisi and Magione track.

- In Holland, Assen track, SCARB will celebrate Giulia during Spettacolo Sportivo, on 1st and 2nd September.

Alfa Romeo Automobilismo Storico gives Balocco track for 24th June e Registro Giulia will provide everything about organisation. They will send us detailed program with costs and cars maximum number allowed. We plan to have a lot of European journalists, called by Alfa Romeo press offices.

Registro Giulia, CMAE, Alfa Blue Team and Alfa Romeo Club Milano, with Equipe event agency, will provide everything about organisation of 23rd June (Monza – Milan). They will send us detailed program with costs and cars maximum number allowed.

RIAR will provide everything about organisation the events in Assisi– Magione track (May) and Cremona (23rd June). They will send us detailed program with costs and cars maximum number allowed.

SCARB will provide everything about organisation the events in Assen (September). They will send us detailed program with costs and cars maximum number allowed.

Scuderia del Portello is ready to help Alfa Romeo brand in the best way possible.

Each Club is free to set up a logo about the celebration, but the official Giulia 50th Birthday logo will be provided by Alfa Romeo Automobilismo Storico.


Proposals and requests:

Theo Meinster (SCARB) will provide a photox exhibition to add to other stuffs and proposals about the "surroundings" of Balocco day. Registro Giulia will specify better in the document they will send us.

Flavio Pirola (Club Cuore Alfista) will get in touch with "V.I.P." people and invite them to join us in Milan and/or Balocco.

Who will provide hotel accommodation for the night between Saturday and Sunday?

Will we have particular gadget to celebrate the event? Maybe a photo book about Giulia build process?

Can we have the Alfa Romeo Museum open for the event?

Can we have parking for Alfa Romeo (non-Giulia) following cars in Balocco and everywhere we could need?

At noon, heard the proposals by Mauro Simonini (Alfissima) about celebrations for Alfasud and Alfetta and knew the RIAR plans for on day event with the same purpose, the meeting was declared ended.
